Hire Buddy — Hiring portal UX
Put the hiring mess on one screen.
Candidate here. Feedback somewhere else. Interview status in somebody’s inbox. Hire Buddy brings the pipeline into one view, so a recruiter can see where a person stands before opening the profile and take the next action without hunting for context.
